Bespoke Carding & Box Development

There is a lot of great packaging Tagit can develop for you, below are some of the questions we may ask you to help put a brief together with helpful information regarding development procedures.

Development of Bespoke Carding

First Stage: Initial Brief

1. Total number of cards required and items to be displayed.
2. Order quantity for each card style.
3. Material and print colour.
4. If providing any artwork please see our Design section
5. Point-of-sale and Bar-Code label size if being used.
6. If possible, provide examples of materials required.

 

Second Stage: Initial Artwork

We will require approximately 1 week to develop the initial artwork to your requirements, once completed we will provide a PDF file by e-mail. A quotation will be supplied with the artwork based on quantities supplied. Where an exact quantity cannot be provided, we will quote a sliding scale price. Prices are valid for 30 days and subject to final artwork approval and order quantity.

 

Third Stage: Sample Approval

Sampling commences after price approval, if we are working on a new range development we require approval of production samples prior to accepting orders. Production samples take approximately 1-2 weeks for UK supply and 2-3 weeks from the Far East. Should you wish to make changes once the initial samples are seen, this stage will be repeated.

 

Fourth Stage: Official Sign off

Once you are happy with the production samples provided we will require all artwork to be signed and faxed back to us on +44 (0) 1825 890084. Alternatively, scanned and e-mailed. Please be aware we cannot proceed to production until signed artwork approval has been received.

 

Fifth Stage: Production

Production will take approximately 3-4 weeks depending on manufacturing centre, quantity and material stock. However, please note if we have developed a bespoke plastic for you this could add a further 2-3 weeks to the production lead-time.

Development of Bespoke Boxing

First Stage: Initial Brief

1. Size and style of box.
2. Print requirements, external and internal if applicable.
3. Description of the items to be displayed in the boxes.
4. Shipping destination or area for distribution.
5. Order quantity (5,000 minimum).
6. If providing any artwork please see our Design section.

We will require approximately 1 week to develop the initial artwork, once completed we will provide a PDF file by e-mail. A quotation will be supplied with the artwork based on quantities supplied.
